Australian OHS regulations require employers to identify any foreseeable hazard that may arise from the physical working environment, including the potential for people falling. Employers must assess the risk of any hazard identified with respect to the health and safety of their employees and any other person at the place of work.
When assessing risks, the employer must evaluate the likelihood of an injury occurring and its likely severity; review available health and safety data relevant to a particular hazard; and identify the actions necessary to eliminate or minimise the risk.

NOTICE: Many commercial buildings are still not fit for purpose because the selected floor surface either offers too little slip resistance.
Furthermore, the performance of many floors is often compromised by unsuitable cleaning practices, given the lack of routine slip resistance assessment in most buildings.
How long does it last?
Our standard warranty on floor surface treatments is 2-3 years depending on the type of surface treated and where the surface is located. i.e.: Kitchen tile, bathroom tile, exterior walkway, entry tile and so on. The more activity and grease that the area is subjected to determines the length of the warranty.
